Refund Policy

Kickmates is free to play. Premium is an optional subscription: $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year. This page says exactly what happens when you cancel or ask for your money back.

1. Cancelling

• Cancel any time in Settings → Subscription. You won't be charged again.
• You keep Premium until the end of the month or year you've paid for, then move to the Free plan.
• Your groups, predictions and history stay as they are.

2. Refunds within 14 days

Not happy? Email support@kickmates.com within 14 days of any payment - your first one or a renewal, monthly or yearly - and we'll refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason.

• When we refund a payment, the Premium it paid for ends and you move to the Free plan.
• After 14 days a payment can't be refunded, but you can cancel at any time so you aren't charged again.

3. Charged by mistake

If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, email us whenever you notice and we'll refund the mistaken charge in full.

4. How refunds reach you

Payments are handled by our payment provider, which sends your receipts. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
